General Description: This home was originally built in 1890 and is located on a large corner lot in Winfield, Kansas. County records show 1,144 sq. ft of living area plus a large wrap around open porch. This home has been completely gutted inside down to the studs and is ready for the new owner to refinish to their wishes. There is presently no plumbing, wiring or heat source inside the structure, however a new sewer line, water line and buried electric service is in place. The home had a new roof installed approx. 8 years ago and has vinyl siding and mostly vinyl windows. There is a large privacy fenced back yard and a detached garage with workshop.

TAXES: $573.10 (2018) 2019 taxes will be prorated to date of closing based on 2018 tax figure if 2019 tax figure is unavailable at time of closing.                                

TERMS: $2,500.00 non-refundable deposit at time of auction, balance due at closing on or before October 15, 2019. Property is not selling subject to finance. Security First Title Co. will furnish title insurance and act as escrow & closing agent. Costs of title insurance and closing fee will be split between Buyer & Seller.
