Home also has a small unfinished basement plus central heat & air and large wrap-around front porch. Home needs a little work but looks to be structurally sound and is in livable condition.

There is also a 10’ x 16’ frame portable building sitting on a concrete slab in the back yard that will be offered separately immediately following the sale of the house. Bought new, but never used!

TAXES: $974.16 (2023) 2024 taxes will be prorated to date of closing, based on this figure.                                

TERMS: $5,000.00 non-refundable deposit at time of auction, balance due at closing on or before July 10, 2024. Security 1st Title will furnish title insurance and act as escrow & closing agent. Costs of title insurance and closing fee will be split between Buyer & Seller. There will be no buyer’s premium added to sale price.
